You can schedule appointments in our office 24 hours a day 7 days a week,
9:00am-6:30pm. For corporate events or events outside of our offices, contact us to request a date and time and we will confirm your offsite appointment/event.

POLICIES AND FORMS
All massage therapy sessions are professional and therapeutic in nature. At NO time is it appropriate to approach, ask, suggest or touch the therapist in a sexual nature. Failure to comply will terminate your session and you will be responsible for full payment. Additionally you will be terminated as client.
We realize the emergencies and other things come up.Keeping in mind the motto ‘time is money’, consideration for that time is appreciated. If for some reason you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. While we prefer 24 hour notice, even a few hours notification may enable us to fill your slot with a walk-in or someone on the waiting list. As a courtesy currently we do not charge any portion of your session if you are a ‘no show’ or last minute cancellation for 2 missed appointments. We place the courtesy of proper notification of cancellation in our client’s hands.
If you miss 2 or more of your scheduled appointments and did not notify us either by email or phone call 3 hours prior to your appointment, you will be ask for a credit card number to hold future appointments. In the event of late cancellation, your credit card will be charged the half the amount of your appointment.
New Client Intake Form
If you are a new client, you may fill out your paperwork a head of time and bring it with you. Please download and print the document. Do not send completed forms back via email-bring them with you.
Arrival time – New clients
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to complete any necessary paper work and begin to relax. Any late arrivals will be treated for the duration of the scheduled appointment time and charged the full amount of scheduled service. When possible we will try to accommodate the schedule to receive the full session.
